ANTI-WRINKLE INJECTIONS

What are anti-wrinkle injections?

As we naturally age, there can be unwanted signs of aging in the form of wrinkles and fine lines. With the help of botulinum toxins, it is possible to reverse these effects and restore a more youthful appearance.

Botulinum Toxin (XEOMIN®) is a potent purified neurotoxin that gently relaxes identified muscles movements. With reduced muscle movement, the skin above it also relaxes, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. XEOMIN®’s unique properties ensure a tailored approach to suit each individual client’s aesthetic needs.

Bay Aesthetics is a trusted choice for those seeking effective anti-wrinkle solutions, and is also a trusted provider of this treatment, helping clients achieve a more rejuvenated appearance.

Prices start as stated below, and vary depending on facial muscle strength and level of movement desired. Amount of units required and price will be determined at initial consult.

Am I a suitable candidate for anti-wrinkle injections?

Ideal clients are typically individuals who are well, have realistic expectations and are looking to prevent and/or treat wrinkles caused by muscle activity.

While anti-wrinkle injections are a reasonably safe procedure, those not suitable for this treatment include clients who;

  • Suffer with neuromuscular disorders, i.e. ALS, myasthenia Gravis or Lambert-Eaton Syndrome

  • Are pregnant or breast-feeding

  • Are allergy to botulinum toxin or albumin

  • Are Jehovah’s Witness

  • Currently being treated with antibiotics

Bay Aesthetics’ lead nurse injector, Maria, will discuss your suitability for anti-wrinkle injections during your initial consultation, where you have a non-obligatory opportunity to discuss and assess treatment options. Consultations on their own don't include the treatment. We allow enough time for all first timers to have a consultation before your treatment on all appointments.
